粤语客户经理是与企业客户沟通的重要桥梁,负责合约期内企业客户账户的运营。依据客户的业务状况、发展策略,与客户积极讨论,协助客户达到利润目标。粤语客户经理应充分了解企业客户的需求,提供PayPal产品资讯,为客户的重要操作提供支持服务。粤语客户经理应向现有PayPal客户提出改进建议,或向拥有其他业务的客户推荐PayPal,从而提高PayPal客户总支付量。 粤语客户经理是PayPal商户支持团队的基本组成部分,是与150个中小型企业客户沟通的桥梁。 I.POSITION OVERVIEW As an Account Manager-Cantonese, you will serve as thelead point of contact for all operational aspects of the merchant processingrelationship during the contract life, identifying opportunities for proactivediscussions with the merchant regarding his business, growth strategies andrecommendations as to how PayPal may assist in meeting overall profitabilityobjectives. In this regard, the Account Manager strives to be the focal pointof knowledge about the merchants within the portfolio. This position is themerchant’s source for PayPal product information and communication on criticaloperational issues. This position has specific targets for increasing PayPal’sshare of total payment volume with the client either through recommendedchanges to the existing PayPal account or cross-selling PayPal as a payment andprocessing alternative for additional business silos owned or controlled by themerchant. The Account Manager position is a fundamentalcomponent of the PayPal Merchant Operations team, serving as a primary contactfor a portfolio of up to 150 SMB merchants. II.CORE DUTIES Working with merchants to expand or include theproducts and feature sets that are most applicable to their business model,industry, selling behaviors, and particular situation, as well as otherelements of relationship management (40%) Working directly with merchants on the phone or viaemail to address and resolve merchant questions, concerns and issues. (30%) Working with other departments to address and resolvemerchant questions, concerns and issues. (15%) Researching and problem solving in order to resolvemerchant questions, concerns and issues. (10%) Industry and product related continual learning (5%) III.JOB REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English and Cantonese Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Excellent organizational, communication (written andoral), and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target driven independent worker Skill in focusing on desired results, determining whatis important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively tomeet deadlines and achieve desired results Excellent Customer Relationship skills Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC basedinternet and software applications (The Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook,Word, and Excel) IV.EXPERIENCE 4+ years proven and strong inbound and outbound salesexperience within a fast paced target oriented environment required 4+ years’ sales or business development experience inone or more of the following areas preferred: internet company, financialinstitution, payments processor, or telemarketing firm.
