Customer Service Coordinator (Cantonese)- 客户服务协调员(粤语)
REPORT TO:
Customer Solution Center Supervisor
LOCATION:
Gerber Scientific (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. (上 海 漕 河 涇 開 发 區)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Answer incoming telephone hotline and log the service requirements from the customers in SAP system
§ Dispatch service enquiries to appropriate parties
§ Provide phone technical support and parts sales support
§ Keep track field service engineers, equipment installation, service & preventive maintenance schedule
§ Rectify complaint situation during telephone hotlines handling
§ Monitor and report to management on critical customer situations
§ 接听客户来电,将客户的要求输入SAP系统。
§ 将服务要求分配到适当的部门或相关工程师。
§ 负责将客户零件订购需求,及零件的派送的跟踪。
§ 负责跟进工程师的服务,设备安装,维护情况。
§ 处理客户的投诉。
§ 及时跟进重要客户反映的情况并汇报给相应的管理人员。
REQUIREMENTS:
§ Able to speak fluent Cantonese
§ Certificate, diploma, or degree in business study
§ Quality of telephone manner and communication skill
§ Experience in customer relationships or call center operation
§ Able to work under pressure
§ English skills for inputting customer information and requests
§ PC skills, excellent in MS-Office, especially in Excel
§ 能讲粤语者优先。
§ 大专以上学历。
§ 良好的电话沟通能力和技巧。
§ 在处理客户关系或客户服务中心的操作上有一定的经验。
§ 能承受工作压力。
§ 具有一定的英文听,写能力.
§ 电脑技能,熟悉使用Office软件,尤其是Excel
