职位描述/要求:
Summary of Role:
- Working as a member of the end of lease team, this is an internal contact role responsible for customer transactions, which includes administrative duties.
- A major part of the activity is to coordinate end of lease sales efforts with the respective vendor sales teams. This ensures a coordinated approach towards the customer with respect to new equipment needs at end of lease and steers customer towards sale or extension in line with periodic updates from Asset Management on current market values for specific models.
- The incumbent will be expected to display a pro-active interest in developing detailed knowledge of the portfolio, identifying and negotiating end of lease opportunities to maximise portfolio profitability whilst following CIT’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Monitor lease expiry dates, monitor / follow up on End of Lease letters and carry out pro-active EOL negotiations with customers on options for return, extension or purchase at the end of lease term.
- Receive calls and negotiate terms with customers in with respect to mid-term buyout quotes and early terminations.
- Build up relationships with respective vendor sales teams, and maintain a coordinated sales approach towards Lessee / customer at end of lease. Provide excellent service to customer and optimal profitability for end of lease opportunities.
- Review original lease contract terms, in particular end of lease and return options. Compare leased equipment shown in legal document with details contained in Asset Management database and update as required.
- Maintain frequent and effective communication lines with vendor sales teams and keep in line with the internal policy and workflow processes.
- Manage entire process of acquiring credit, pricing or residual value approval, document, despatch and obtain customer signature on lease extension documentation.
- Create return letters and return lists of equipment.
- Reconcile returned equipment to internal record of expected returns.
- Provide reporting to the Team Leader of expected buyouts, extensions and returns.
- Interface with customer, appointed re-marketing company and vendor sales team for missing & damaged charges.
- Take ownership of administration problems and be pro-active in resolving them
Hiring Profile:
Essential
- 2 - 3 years experience in a customer service environment
- Proven ability in customer relations and negotiation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong numerical, administration & organisation skills
- Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Fluency in English is a must.
Desirable
- Knowledge of advanced analysis techniques
- Leasing experience and advantage
- Knowledge of other Asian languages (Korean or Cantonese)
- Constantly strive to find a better method / approach to routine tasks and make suggestions for process improvements
- Experience with automated systems
- Ability to work accurately and good team player
