Channels Specialist Services
Prime purpose of role
Represent 1st point of contact for resellers and Client internal audience for identified work scope
Communicate and promote Client Channels programs, tools, policies, processes, required reporting
Provide support on inquiries and cases raised by resellers and Client internal audience
Train and educate Client Channels relevant programs, tools, policies, processes
Operate Channels programs and tools as a subject matter expert in supporting country and APAC Channels
Analyze and monitor efficiencies of programs, tools, policies and processes
Provide feedback of resellers and Client internal audience to country Channels team and APAC Channels team regularly
Participate User Acceptance Test and Business Acceptance Test when new/revised programs and tools release for resellers and
Client internal audience
Responsibilities / Activities:
Channels Specialist services to be provided to Client’s resellers, registered partners, and Client internal audiences as
follows:-
One-stop helpdesk for Channel relevant programs, promotions, tools in Client Channels, Client Services(as known as Customer
Advocacy(CA)), Client Capital
Driving Channels program and promotion adoption by contacting target partners pro-actively via contact media and education of
end to end processes
Communication of required information/update of programs and promotions with customization
Administration of Channel tools and program, and access levels
Periodic reporting of identified program, promotion, and tool usage
Operation support for program and process adoption
Being supporting country representative for channels operation and providing country and customer feedback
Project management of program, policy, process adoption for supporting country
Performing data analysis and providing enhancement ideas
Managing customer data for marketing and data operation
Being a virtual team member of local Channels operation/marketing team
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Professional Phone Presence
Professional customer satisfaction skills
Self Motivated and Sufficient
Local Language where required
Proficient with Data Manipulation using Excel and Powerpoint
Financial and Business Acumen
