万豪最新动向。
Hotel operator Marriott International has announced the signing of 21 management contracts for hotels and resorts in its Asia-Pacific region.
The 21 hotels are scheduled to open through the end of 2013, represent 4 of the company's lodging brands and will add nearly 7,000 rooms to Marriott's previously-announced Asia-Pacific pipeline of 37 hotels and 9,400 rooms now under construction, the company said in a statement.
Hotels covered in the announcement include 2 luxurious JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts-branded properties in Dalian and Sanya, China, 10 full service, upscale Marriott Hotels & Resorts-branded properties that will be located in China, the Philippines and Thailand and include the 712-room Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Center and the 256-room Manila Airport Marriott opening later this year.
Also planned are 2 full-service, upscale Renaissance Hotels & Resorts-branded properties in China, as well as seven upper-moderately-priced Courtyard by Marriott hotels. These will be located in Cambodia, China and India and include the 254-room Courtyard by Marriott Bangalore and Marriott International's first hotel in Cambodia.

9月16日,沪上一位中小银行人士称,目前五星级酒店类项目已经不批了。

近日,上海本地媒体报道称,经历3年投资“大牛市”后,沪上高星级酒店出租率、房价大幅滑坡,个别在建项目出现烂尾迹象。

对此,上海市旅游局表示,目前,如出现投资兴建过量高星级酒店的情况,政府部门将利用调整宾馆建设用地供应量的手段进行调控,避免出现投资过热的问题。

此前,在上海市场上,商业地产项目备受银行“拥戴”。截至今年6月末,上海中外资银行房地产开发贷款增加295亿元,在增量结构中,商业用房开发贷款约占1/2;上半年,商业用房开发贷款增量逐季递增,且增量同比多增。

但风险已经有所显现。上海银行业内人士透露,截至6月末,上海市商业用房开发不良贷款余额比年初增加数亿元,其中大部分在6月份形成。

前述沪上银行人士透露,作为房地产行业的潜在风险之一,监管部门在7、8月份已提示银行要关注商业房地产的风险;理由是目前酒店、办公楼等商业物业的运营情况不佳,租住率及租金下降,调整可能还会延续。

W酒店任命“全球音乐总监”,确实是一个吸引眼球的举动。能够被业内称呼为 The Industry Innovator,看来绝非浪得虚名。建议小肥羊集团要吸取这个好的做法,尽快任命“全球火锅底料味觉总监”。
