Demand Planner(supervisor) needed

Demand Planner (Supervisor)

- Collect and analyze the historical sales-in/sell-out, off-take data, conduct a baseline sales forecast for all Dynasty Accounts / Wholesaler by SKU level;
- Work with Marketing team, Sales team Key accounts, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain,to collect and summarize the events forecast;
(promotional information –regional/national, new products launch, sales projects, price changing...);
- Based on the baseline forecast, events forecast and Key Market Assumptions, to sum up an unconstrained forecast (ADS) to be review in the Demand Meeting;
- Analyze the sales forecast accuracy/variance, comment on the continuing improvement of the whole demand planning process;
